Nicholas was the only mechanic to take the time to respond on a Sunday when I was stuck with an unplanned CV joint problem during a DIY strut replacement on my Altima. He got me fixed up first thing Monday morning and certainly seems to be more on my side and more time efficient than the shops I have been using in the past. If he says he can help out, it's worth coming to him first with your auto repair needs. This was my first time using a mobile auto repair service and I have to say it's a pretty amazing process. He showed up with his van loaded with tools and all he needed was a place to plug in the extension cord for his compressor and he's quickly on the job. I think he was in and gone in just about 1 hour flat to solve something I'd been futzing with most of Sunday before I admitted defeat. I needed a mobile service because I left my car in an un-drivable and possibly un-towable state but after trying this, I would certainly call Nicholas for any service that he has the tools for. He's kinda like using an urgent care center when you don't really need a hospital. It's cheaper, faster, and you still get quality work.
